Boston, MA, May 10, 2023-Lindsey Frascone Vanderbosch, CHRO for Vessco Holdings was honored to be a featured panel member at EFCG’s (Environmental Financial Consulting Group) 2023 HR Leadership Conference for Architecture, Engineering, and Consulting Firms. The 14th annual conference was held in Boston, MA.

The panel, facilitated by Andreas Georgoulas, a PhD subject matter expert, offered a variety of viewpoints regarding Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) initiatives for their companies. ESG is a framework used to assess an organization’s business practices and performance on various sustainability and ethical issues. It also provides a way to measure business risks and opportunities in those areas. “Having the unique opportunity to champion Vessco’s ESG commitment and actions as the HR leader makes me a better business partner, and even more committed to Vessco and the work we do. Every HR partner would be well served to remember we aren’t just the “S” in ESG, but the entire framework overlaps with people and culture,” said Ms. Vanderbosch.
