Vessco Holdings Announces Executive Leadership Team Additions

Minneapolis, MN, January 2, 2023-Vessco Holdings recently announced changes to their leadership team put in place to support the expansive company growth that is expected to continue both organically and through M&A.

Brian DeWolf, CEO, announced these changes to the company’s Executive Leadership Team. “Dan Axelson joined the group in January 2019 as Chief Financial Officer and has played an integral role in both M&A and the development of our back office to support the larger business. Dan has agreed to accept a new role as Chief Development Officer. In this role, Dan will focus on M&A and Integration, as well as supporting implementation of our ERP and IT systems across the platform. Jacob Dau is joining the company as Chief Financial Officer for the group. Most recently, Jacob was the VP and CFO of the payments segment at Deluxe Corporation. In this role at Vessco Holdings, Jacob will focus on the financial side of the business.”

Additionally, over the past year, Vessco Holdings has built their commercial operations team to satisfy the need for a resource dedicated to coordination among our divisions, and specifically focused on enabling organic synergy growth. “We have all seen the positive impacts that VP Central Region Chad Beltrand, VP Western Region Dick Corbett, and VP Aftermarket David Gut have had on our organization. Continuing to build on their success, we recently created the position of Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to lead this group and others that will follow in the future. Mark Hemeyer has agreed to take on the challenge of this new position. Mark is an industry leader, having led Kennedy Industries to great success. His knowledge of the industry, our platform companies, and his incredible personality make him uniquely qualified to be a great asset to all of us in this role.”
