At the Menifee Riverwalk Residential Development (Menifee, CA), our team engineered a stormwater and pump system capable of safely managing 100-year storm flows within just 81 square feet—replacing nearly two acres of traditional biofiltration space. This preserved valuable land for housing and recreation while improving runoff control and water quality.
At the Starlite El Monte redevelopment (El Monte, CA), a flow-based Modular Wetlands biofiltration strategy met regulatory requirements on a constrained urban site while reducing pollutant loads and infrastructure footprint.
